You will manage pricing accuracy, stock optimisation, and act as a key support for commercial and franchise operations. Familiarity with SAP systems (BW/Hana and SAP transactions) is advantageous but not essential. Proven experience in delivering results-focused commercial, analytical, and decision-making support within a retail or consumer-focused environment. Retail background ideally (Store Manager or Assistant) Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise a busy, diverse workload. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across various functions and channels. Knowledge of different business models (Head Franchise, Sub-Franchise, Company, Direct, etc.) is a plus. The Responsibilities: Provide critical commercial support to the EMEA Franchise Commercial team, ensuring correct pricing on all products and new product developments (NPDs). Supply data to aid decision-making on sales, margin, wholesale planning, and stock availability. Maintain accurate wholesale price data, capturing any missing prices, ensuring prices are approved and loaded as requested, and adhering to internal auditing requirements. Support the new product sell-in process from start to finish, including preparing order forms, checking offer data, liaising with Supply Chain and Brand Teams, preparing offer packs, loading prices, and tracking and reporting on order returns. Perform month-end pricing checks, ensuring a consistent and robust process. Collaborate with Forecasting and Supply Chain teams to maximise order fulfilment, manage excess stock, and address stock shortages for optimal business outcomes. Calculate and manage Value Offer credits to be issued to franchise partners. Assist the Commercial Manager by running reports, sourcing information, investigating queries, handling requests, raising internal orders, and adapting to changing priorities. Support Franchise partners by addressing ad-hoc queries, investigating pricing discrepancies, and providing relevant product updates. Maintain reference reports, tools, trackers, and templates, including the Pricing Database, Product/Pricing Hierarchy tables, Core Assortment documents, and Product Catalogues.
