What you'll be doing:
1. Team Leadership: youll have the opportunity to lead and develop our team of planners, building on the team output of successful ideas and industry-leading plans.
2. Client Relationships: Representing the Media team within Born Social for key clients and helping them understand the role that media plays in hitting their targets.
3. Budget Planning & KPI setting: looking at the client brief and selecting the right metrics to focus on to deliver desired outcomes, and allocating media budgets to the chosen platforms across the funnel in order to deliver on these KPIs.
4. Channel Selection: select the right channels for a brief understanding what they are each contributing to an overall plan.
5. Content Planning: working alongside strategy and creative teams to help develop social-first content ideas and communicate how to execute them across your plan. This includes but is not limited to influencer campaigns.
6. Creating account measurement frameworks & reporting: recommending a way of measuring the work that allows us to prove the impact of the work we are doing for clients, and sometimes delivering reporting for clients to understand their impact against these frameworks.
7. Driving New Business: both through pitch work and on our existing clients, youll have the opportunity to grow our teams portfolio of clients with new & exciting brands.
Who we're looking for:
8. You've got 3 or more years experience working with paid media (agency-side preferable) with loads of experience creating media plans for both Brand and eCommerce clients and ensuring their accurate delivery
9. You've been responsible for client-facing experience and are confident managing client relationships
10. You have hands-on experience building campaigns on Meta and TikTok and have had exposure to other platforms like Google AdWords, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Spotify, and Pinterest
11. You've got an analytical mind: figuring out the best way to achieve client objectives takes creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of result
12. You're confident with numbers: this is a data-driven pursuit and you must be happy with looking at a table of figures, and spreadsheets and creating graphs and be able to tell insightful trends from what you see.
13. You're a collaborator and have experience working with multiple stakeholders to ensure media is considered from strategy into delivery
14. You're confident presenting your ideas and get a kick out of helping others understand the intricacies of media planning
15. Ideally, you've also got experience leading and managing people!
