What you’ll be doing:
The D2A Occupational Therapists will use their OT expertise to assess and recommend appropriate discharge pathways and care needs of service users, with a focus on driving recovery. They will also enable them to achieve maximum independence in their own homes, within the context of the relevant legislation and departmental responsibilities. They will assist the manager with agreed delegated responsibilities in the delivery of effective management and development of the Reablement and Independence Service.
