CRM Strategy Development:
1. Plan, manage, and deliver comprehensive CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, sales, and service quality.
2. Collaborate with sales and service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
3. Develop customer lifecycle marketing frameworks to attract, retain, and engage customers.
Data Analytics:
4. Analyse customer data to gain insights into behaviour and preferences, supporting both sales and service teams.
5. Generate and interpret reports on key metrics such as traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
6. Identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations.
Sales and Service Integration:
7. Ensure CRM and analytics tools support both sales and service functions effectively.
8. Develop and manage CRM projects to enhance sales efficiency and service quality.
9. Support the implementation of CRM systems, ensuring they meet the needs of both sales and service teams.
Project Management:
10. Lead CRM and analytics projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
11. Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve technical issues and optimize CRM system performance.
12. Oversee data integration, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
Collaboration and Communication:
13. Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure CRM strategies are effectively executed.
14. Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
Your Profile / Qualifications
15. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, business management or a related technical field
16. Proven experience in CRM, data analytics, or related roles.
17. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
18. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
19. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
20. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
21. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
22. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions
23. Technically Savvy : Deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends.
24. Business Acumen : Ability to drive new business models for recurring revenue.
25. Language Skills : Fluency in English is essential
