Customer Service Representatives
Cleveland Cable Company are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in our Middlesbrough office on a full time, permanent basis. This presents itself as a fantastic opportunity to work for a continuously successful department, to work for a company offering longevity and to become part of a successful and dynamic team!
We are looking to speak with candidates with experience within customer sales/ service, or candidates that have experience with taking a large volume of inbound telephone calls.

Duties/ Skills
* Have excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
* Be able to liaise with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Be able to offer solutions to any client queries.
* Have a proactive attitude to work.
* Be computer literate to process a high volume of orders.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer care.
* Good organisational skills.
* Time management & prioritisation.
* Data inputting.
