As a Senior Administrative Assistant within our Legal Intervention Team, you’ll support Hampshire's Inclusion Support Service by administering the Attendance Legal Process for unpaid Penalty Notices related to unauthorised holidays. Regular school attendance is vital for a child's achievement, wellbeing, and overall development. By providing effective administrative support to our team, you’ll contribute to better educational outcomes for children.
What you’ll be doing:
• Organising meetings, taking minutes, and managing the team email inbox.
• Issuing Penalty Notice numbers to schools, tracking payments and unpaid notifications, and generating documents such as Warnings.
• Handling queries via phone and email from a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing records, data input, and generating reports.
