Nights Team Leader

Salary: up to 27,412 Dependent on experience.

What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for the hotel operation during the night shift, managing a small team of night receptionists and cleaners to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and to ensure the safety and security of the guests and team throughout the night.
What are we looking for?
* A leader who has a genuine passion for working nights
* Will allocate and delegate roles from security checks, fire walks and any other relevant health and safety checks during the night
* Willingness to challenge if standards aren't meeting required levels
What skills do I need?
* Be able to help the retail team by declaring tills/ terminals on busy nights.
* Demonstrating knowledge and operating site main electrical, gas and water shut offs.
* Identifying and apprehending intruders to the site and informing the authorities.
* Be guest focused, always having a positive and problem-solving attitude.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapts quickly to changing requirements.
* Be able to make decisions confidently.
