Job Description
The role is to support the delivery of care services by carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual client services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of our carers.
The key aspects of the role will include:
1. Working with the Office Team to support the planning of realistic and effective care schedules, with due regard for the particular needs of the individual and the particular skills, attributes and availability of the carer.
2. Carrying out regular reviews of individual client services, including the client's changing care needs, the associated activities, care plans and risk assessments.
3. Participating as required in the multi-disciplinary review of service users’ needs.
4. Shadowing and mentoring new carers in the field to ensure their competence.
5. Carrying out the on-site observation and evaluation of our carers, as part of routine supervision, in response to particular performance concerns, or as otherwise directed.
Our Compliance Co-Ordinator will split their working time equally between community office and field based activities.
