HR Advisor We are partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a HR Advisor to strengthen their dynamic HR team. This role is permanent and based in Co Tyrone. The HR Advisor will be responsible for: Professional HR support and guidance to employees and management. Assisting with strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Supporting compliance with HR policies, employment law, and industry regulations. Managing recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and conducting interviews. Issuing contracts, onboarding new employees, and supporting probationary reviews. Assisting the HR Manager in developing training programmes for new and existing employees. Tracking and maintaining HR records, including training logs and performance appraisals. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Keeping HRIS system up to date. What you will need to have for the HR Advisor role: 2 years Human Resources experience gained within a similar role. CIPD qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification. Reliable, confidential, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information. Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges effectively. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant computer tools.
