Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery: Provide administrative support to Financial Assessors, preparing and calculating financial assessments, letters, and maintaining files. Assist in recovering Trust income and expenditure, including generating invoices and producing monthly reminders. Accurately input transactions into systems like e-Financials, ensuring compliance with Trust policies. Record remittances made to the Trust and assist in preparing lodgements. Investigate discrepancies or queries related to transactions. General Finance Responsibilities: Maintain document security within the Financial Assessments team. Ensure adherence to deadlines for reconciliations and reporting. Participate in office routines, including sorting post and preparing outgoing communications. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all Finance and Financial Assessments policies. Organise workload efficiently to meet team deadlines. Facilitate internal/external audits related to Financial Services processes. Team Working: Foster good relationships within the team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance against deadlines and prioritise work effectively. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
