The role:

The entire team work on the service desk product; selling, supporting, managing and implementing the programme all in-house. They are one team with individual specialities and support each other to work together to deliver an end-to-end service.
What we're looking for:
1. Solution-oriented problem solvers who enjoy taking on challenges and using their initiative
2. Excellent communicators who can effectively convey complex ideas
3. Positive and proactive individuals who are eager to learn on the job
Desired skills and experience:
4. Recent or soon-to-be graduates with a bachelor's degree of 2:1 or above (ideally in subjects such as economics, PPE, or business, or something that demonstrates business acumen, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills)
5. Strong A-level grades (ideally BBB or above)
6. Fundamental IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
7. Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
