Complex Manager
We are looking for a Complex Manager to join the team at Norfolk Woods Resort & Spa in King's Lynn, Norfolk. Great competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours, 40 hours across 5 days (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
About the role
Main responsibilities:
* Work closely with the resort's Deputy Complex Manager and Front of House team.
* Take responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas.
* Ensure the department runs efficiently.
* Ensure exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all areas within the department.
* Work with the Front of House team to ensure motivation is high and required training is completed.
* Assist with efficient stock rotation and assist with the ordering of stock.
* Take and serve food and drink orders.
* Collect glasses and tableware.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this role. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
