We are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist who will assist in the design, implementation, and management of our total rewards strategy, including compensation. They will ensure that the business is aligned with the long-term business goals and strategy. Every day you will … Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive pay levels. Assist in the design, evaluation, and modification of our compensation structures to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organisation. Support the implementation of reward programmes that drive employee performance and engagement. Prepare reports and provide data analysis on compensation, benefits, and market trends. Act as a point of contact for colleague inquiries related to reward. Use data to assess the effectiveness of our current reward strategies and make recommendations for improvements. Previous experience in a compensation and benefits role.
