About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the Market Harborough area for a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team. This exciting role is available to start as soon as possible and will run until the end of the academic year. You will be responsible for teaching and supervising classes across all primary age groups.
As a Cover Supervisor or ECT, you will play a vital role in ensuring students continue their learning in a supportive and positive environment, promoting a love for learning and keeping children engaged. This part-time role (4 days per week) offers an excellent opportunity to work within a school that values professional development and delivering high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support students in the absence of the class teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and activities across all primary age groups.
Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment, ensuring children remain engaged and focused.
Promote positive behaviour and support students' social and emotional development.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning and progression.
Assist with the planning and assessment of pupils' learning, where necessary.

A Cover Supervisor with experience working with children, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to develop your teaching career.
Experience working within schools is ideal.
