It is an exciting time to join Activity Alliance. As a national charity and leading voice, our new strategy is led by our vision to see a future where all disabled people feel they belong in sports and activities.
We are looking for an experienced person with a background in developing, leading, and delivering inclusive events. This person will engage and support multiple stakeholders to create impactful events and drive change through inclusive practices.
As part of the Events and Programmes team, this role will oversee internal and external events, ensuring they are effectively planned, accessible, and meaningful. They will develop accessible content for eLearning, workshops, and resources on inclusive events in collaboration with experts, stakeholders, and disabled people.
The role is full-time on a permanent contract.
We offer 26.5 days of annual leave, including birthday leave, plus bank holidays. Activity Alliance also closes between Christmas and New Year which means that employees are not expected to work during this time but also, they do not use their annual leave allowance to have this time free from work.
