Job Description:

• Process invoices and payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record and reconcile payments from customers.
• Ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
