Job Description Summary:
As a Customer Affordability & Value Optimisation Analytics Manager, you will lead projects that bring together product, commercial, and credit risk fields to identify actions that drive commercial value and improve customer journeys.
What would make you successful in this role?
* You’ll have previous experience working in analytical, credit or product teams.
* You’ll have experience in developing, motivating, and coaching those around you to build their technical skills & leading analytical projects and/or teams to present insights to support critical thinking.
* You’ll have experience in utilising segmentation, models, and analytical toolsets to support recommendations that are aligned and complementary to the business strategy and financial plan.
* You’ll have a solid understanding of SAS/SQL code, BigQuery, and Microsoft Office packages.
Desirable Skills:
* Ideally, you’ll have experience working across one or more consumer lending products.
* Ideally, you'll have experience working with GCP.
* You’ll know how to actively engage and influence across the organisation to make an impact for customers and the business.
