Our Expert Solutions Specialist works across sales support, solution optimisation, and innovation. This role demands a mix of product knowledge, tech skills, and presentation prowess, alongside a deep understanding of domain and client requirements. Job Responsibilities: Client Advocacy: Develop and nurture client relationships through all demonstration and client-facing activities. Demonstration Planning and Execution: Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Professional Services to deliver tailored demos and solutions that align with client objectives. Manage the end-to-end process, from discovery through preparation, delivery, and follow-up. Coordinate with tech support to ensure demo environments and integrations remain current and are tailored to requirements. Leverage existing libraries of scripts and materials to highlight Altera’s value and reduce rework. Develop competitive messaging with Sales and Marketing for presentations. Embrace new technology and approaches to deliver engaging demonstrations, whether live, virtual or recorded. Ensure all requests are logged and managed in Sales Force (SFDC) and meeting notes documented appropriately. Bid Response: Support sales bids with completion and review. Quality Management & Compliance: Contribute to maintaining ISO standards and effective quality management systems by following standard procedures and reviewing processes regularly. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of Altera solutions, industry trends, and competitive offerings to position Altera effectively. Continuous Improvement: Add to best practice library with new workflows and participate in lessons learned to enhance demo and bid responses. Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Build a network of Altera associates globally to share knowledge on clinical functionality and demos. Gather and document competitive intelligence during demos. Participate in cross-training initiatives and stay updated on clinical practices and advancements. Benefits and Optimisation: Foster client relationships to identify optimisation and benefit opportunities. Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure successful solution delivery and integration. Help clients measure benefits and optimise system usage. Product Innovation: Engage with stakeholders to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for innovation. Capture and accurately document stakeholder requirements for new products/features. Work with solutions experts to ensure new solutions meet client requirements and support go-to-market activities. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Clinical qualification 5 years’ experience working in a clinical environment Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to different levels. Working Arrangements Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements Primarily works remotely or in standard office May require occasional work outside of standard work week to meet specific deadlines, including weekends and holidays Travel to support client facing demonstrations/workshops and for team/company meetings.
