This 12-month programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career within the digital health space. You'll work closely with experienced mentors, gain valuable industry insights, and contribute to real-world projects from day one. We are committed to your professional development and offer ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey with us including membership to Altera Toastmasters, designed to support our graduates build and improve their communication and leadership skills.
Role Responsibilities
Client Success
1. You will serve as administrative and functional support for the CSMs, CDEs and the Client Success team in ensuring an excellent experience with Altera products and services.
2. Provide information required by the CSMs for Account Management Meetings, Quarterly Service Reviews and Case Review Meetings.
3. Manage our client Success group communications with Clients.
Marketing
1. Conducting market research and analysis to understand target audiences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
2. Analyzing market data and preparing reports with key findings and insights.
3. Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
4. Supporting the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Role Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field with a strong interest in learning.
2. The ideal person will be passionate about digital health and have an interest in developing your skills and experience in this sector.
3. Positive & Proactive: Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
4. Results-Oriented: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Soft skills that are important for success, such as research, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
Working Arrangements
1. This is a full-time role contracted for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
2. Working a hybrid pattern with occasional travel to customer sites or our Birmingham office.
