Overview
We are recruiting a Territory Manager to join our Sales team in the Greater Belfast area.

This is an organization with roles in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics. We ensure that people living in Northern Ireland are no strangers to PepsiCo's portfolio of food, snacks, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
Our brands include the iconic Walkers, Doritos, Quaker, 7UP, Pepsi Max, Lipton Iced tea and many more snacks and soft drink brands, which enjoy strong positions within the marketplace and are loved by consumers throughout the geography. We are a highly motivated team of 50 employees, with a clear ambition to retain and develop our great work environment and to deliver solid business performance.
Responsibilities
1. To deliver first class execution of key strategies for Walkers Snacks and Quaker cereal products, at store level across Hendersons and Musgrave retail store estates.
2. Balance Period Priorities & Full Year Objectives across their full territory - including Volume, Distribution, Fixture Visibility, Equipment, Space, Promotional Execution & Secondary Displays.
3. To influence key decision makers at store level to grow Walkers and Quaker product distribution.
4. To sell in, generate and capture NPD orders from Retail Customers.
5. Build relationships at store level to deliver the Walkers and Quaker strategic agendas of National Account Teams.
6. Complete Perfect Store audit on SIF on each call ensuring data is accurate.
7. Full ownership on Territory including 100% call completion of route list.
Qualifications

4. Basic selling and merchandising skills.
5. Broader knowledge of Grocery and Impulse channels and groups.
6. Planning and prioritising - ability to self-motivate and to work on own initiative and plan workload including setting goals, timelines, and milestones.
7. Effective communication and relationship building skills.
8. Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
9. Basic computer/technology skills.
10. Full clean driving licence.
Desired skills:
1. Awareness of route to market in Northern Ireland.
2. Influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.
3. Previous experience of dealing with independent and multi-site retailers.
