Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our talented Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Analyst.

A day in the life of a Supply Chain Analyst
You will be responsible for leading the development of analytical projects in the market, which includes appropriate data flows and analytical methods that will support business users within the Supply Chain function.
You will primarily use our analytical stack (Power Suite, SQL, Azure, Snowflake, SAS) to develop consistent, sustainable tools and processes. At the same time, as a leading member of the OAC (Operational Analytics Community), you will provide training and support to our thriving group of analytically minded colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business, investigating and analysing data to advise on business decisions.
2. Leading and promoting the use of analytical tools to enable the business to maximise the use of data and make better business decisions.
3. Exploring and experimenting with new ways of utilising data and analytical methods to enhance business processes, create efficiencies, and generate high-value business insights across Supply Chain.
4. Delivering incremental improvements of KPIs and business benefits through automation and efficiency provision.
5. Sharing and co-innovating with fellow Data Analysts through Analytical Competence Networks to ensure that learnings are shared among the whole Nestlé group.
What will make you successful?
You’ll have experience and understanding of key Supply Chain processes, Business Analytics, objectives, and methodologies with demonstrated analytical and statistical skills.
With the proven ability to work as part of a virtual team, you’ll work collaboratively, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while also having the courage to challenge and influence without authority.
Other key skills:
1. Ideally degree educated in a relevant subject area (Business Analytics, Statistical methods).
2. Practical experience in handling diverse data sources.
3. Familiarity with key concepts in analytics and the use of big data.
4. The ability to plan and prioritise work effectively.
5. Openness to new ways of doing things and not being afraid of change.
6. Demonstrable experience with packages/platforms such as Power Suite, Python, SAS, R, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL.
