We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in the B42 area of Birmingham. Our client operates across the UK, providing high quality corporate clothing and equipment to a number of industries. The role of Client Account Manager will require you to work closely with a selection of clients to ensure that they are receiving exceptional service at all times. You will be a first point of contact for your clients, and will use your customer service and account management skills to ensure that they are well communicated with, and any questions or concerns are answered in a timely manner. Within your role, you will be required to develop a deep understanding of clients requests and demands to ensure that you are professional and complete all your task in the relevant time frame. You will be provided with training, internally and externally, throughout your employment. As your department expands you will be given the opportunity to develop by providing additional support and mentoring to new team members, as and when necessary. Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday The role will involve: Building strong and long lasting client relationships Taking time to understand client requirements Communicate with clients to provide accurate updates on outstanding orders, mobilisations and back orders Maintain deep, technical, production and application knowledge in relation to our clients portfolio of products and requirements Proactively engage with clients to develop new business and identify areas for improvement and growth Upsell new products and services to your clients, maximising profitability Organising and attending regular meetings and account reviews with your clients either face to face or via teams Processing internal orders Prepare internal reports to be submitted to clients and directors Collaborate with team members to ensure that we are supplying the best experience for our clients Support with training of new team members on systems and product knowledge Other ad-hoc duties will be required inline with business needs. You will be able to demonstrate: Experience of working in a customer facing role, preferably within client account management.
