This is role isHYBRID WFH /London based Office/ site visits across the UK & Europe.
This is a newly created role for a Property Risk Manager to work closely with the Real Estate underwriting team in London, and help them grown and maintain a profitable account. The role will include site visits; shaping underwriting appetite; and providing risk management advice. Working with customer, broker and underwriter you will have a role that combines both a strategic and hands on approach.

brokers and clients to provide Account Engineering services to our largest Real Estate clients. Thisincludes design and execution of risk engineering programmes on a multi-national basis, and strategicdevelopment of our Real Estate Account Engineering proposition to enhance client experience.
The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients in theReal Estate sector, as well as internal stakeholders. They will provide exceptional service for our keyclients, and provide risk engineering technical support to thestakeholders.
There will be a high degree of interfacing with corporate risk management, corporate brokers andvariousrisk engineering and underwriting offices, so the ideal candidate would be high energy,confident and able to build and manage relationships at multiple levels of an organisation.
The role also involves guiding underwriting staff in the risk selection, acquisition, regain & retention ofnew and existing clients, by summarising risk evaluations and recommending appropriate improvements in accordance with our clientsstandards.
Skills & Experience Required:
? Considerable experience in the field of property loss prevention, preferably within the RealEstate industry.? Experience in risk engineering evaluations and account engineering, with technical expertisein property and casualty exposures.? Qualified to a minimum of bachelors degree level (engineering, science, technology ormathematics) or with other appropriate technical qualifications or practical vocationalexperience? Knowledge of sprinkler codes to NFPA, LPC/BSEN and other internationally recognisedstandards.? Continuing Professional Development with an emphasis on engineering as well asencompassing underwriting disciplines where necessary.? A willingness to travel to service client locations throughout UKI and further afield if required.
