An exciting opportunity to join Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust as an Apprentice Personal Assistant has become available.
The successful applicant will be required to support the Executive Team and the corporate office function. Part of your time will include supporting the front of house facilities at the Trust's headquarters.
You will need to be able to work accurately and at pace in a multi-tasking environment, whilst maintaining excellent customer service skills. You will be an excellent communicator and have a good eye for detail.
You will be working closely with a team of Executive Assistants, to provide comprehensive support to the Executives. You will have the opportunity to work across the team.
Day to day duties include:
1. Providing secretarial, administrative and organisational support to the Director of Governance 2 days per week.
2. Supporting the Corporate Office Manager and the Executive Directors PAs, to ensure a full and comprehensive support service at all times to the Chief Executive and Executive Team.
3. Supporting the provision of a Front of House Service for the Trust, including basic reception cover and postal service.
4. Acting as a support for the first point of contact for staff, visitors and external contractors/couriers.
5. Processing, filing and distribution of confidential reports and documents.
