Job Title: Global Manager – Shopper Analytics
Location: London, Westgate
Role Overview
Analytics is a driving force in Worldpanels success, with our Shopper solutions portfolio representing a significant growth engine for the business. To capitalize on expanding opportunities with current clients and prospects across all regions, we are creating this role to drive this integral part of our business forward.
The position will oversee the strategic direction of our key analytics products, including Category Management, Shopper Missions, Market Structure, and Assortment Optimiser. Working closely with regional and local analytics teams, as well as global client teams, the successful candidate will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure consistent delivery of high-value solutions to our clients.
Reporting to the Global Director of Shopper Analytics, this role will be a key member of the Product and Solutions team at Worldpanel.
Key Outcomes
* Lead product strategy and drive consistency across markets for our shopper analytics portfolio
* Partner with the Analytics Centre of Excellence to find opportunities for solution enhancement, with particular focus on incorporating predictive analytics capabilities
* Develop and implement global pricing strategies to optimise product profitability
* Track and measure portfolio performance, working with regional teams to identify and capitalize on client opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to drive revenue growth
* Contribute thought leadership content to showcase our shopper analytics capabilities and industry insights
* Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and product development initiatives
Role Requirements & Capabilities
* Extensive knowledge of Worldpanels solutions, with proven success in analytics sales and implementation
* Strong understanding of retail and FMCG client needs, business drivers, and industry trends
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior partners across multiple business units
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage at board level
* Strategic approach with proven ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions
* Strong analytical capabilities combined with business acumen
* Experience in product development and commercialization
* Proven ability to lead change and make decisive, data-driven decisions
