Job Title: People and Organisational Development Team Member
Location: Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Campuses
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
This role involves working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, enhancing our employee experience and overall organisational performance.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to promote a positive and inclusive culture, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
* Providing coaching and mentoring support to employees at all levels
* Conducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives
* Collaborating with senior leaders to inform organisational strategy and policy
* Promoting a positive and inclusive culture, addressing any diversity or inclusion concerns
