Due to expansion, the UK based subsidiary of a global organisation is looking to recruit an ambitious Internal Audit Manager to work alongside the experienced Head of Internal Audit. As part of the role, you will deliver a range of reviews (financial, operational and compliance based) across the business. You will develop your career quickly in a supportive environment, allowing you to gain commercial exposure across all operations. You will be experienced enough to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and step up in the absence of the Head of Internal Audit. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to obtain exposure at a senior level, whilst still being hands-on and developmental. The Head of Internal Audit will support your career progression and offer potential succession into his position. You will ideally hold a full relevant qualification (CCAB or CIIA), have strong stakeholder skills and you must have at least 3 years’ experience in internal audit. There is a preference for those who have worked/trained within a Top 10 firm before gaining internal audit exposure in a commercial (non-financial services) organisation. This role is predominantly London based, and will be performed in a hybrid working pattern (3-4 days in the office). The is potential for this role to include some international travel in the next year or so (5-10%).
