The Opportunity: We're recruiting for a leading accountancy firm seeking an HR Systems Project Manager to lead the implementation of their new HR system. This is a high-impact 12-month contract role with potential for extension on a hybrid basis from their central London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of the HR system replacement project
2. Establish project governance and manage senior stakeholders
3. Control budgets, timelines and resources (£multi-million project)
4. Manage risks and ensure compliance with change control processes
5. Oversee third-party suppliers and internal project teams
6. Drive business change management and user adoption
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
2. Excellent stakeholder management skills (C-suite to end-users)
3. PRINCE2 or similar qualification preferred
4. Background in professional services/accountancy ideal
