Our well established client is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their very busy Bedford office. As an assistant case handler, you will support case handlers by performing delegated tasks, such as answering inquiries, updating clients, and reviewing offers. You may also help with setting up completions and drafting contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in updating clients and introducers.
2. Issuing of Draft Contracts on sales.
3. Draft financial statements on sales.
4. Deal with redemption statements from lenders.
5. Chase and diarise enquiries on sale.
6. Chase and diarise purchase contracts.
7. Deal with sale enquiries.
8. Chase and diarise purchase replies to enquiries.
9. Chase/help with exchanges.
10. Draft exchange letters.
11. Draft completion letters.
12. Check secondary forms.
13. Set up financial completion packs on sales.
14. Provide administrative support to the Conveyancers.
