Ideal Requirements for a Clinic Manager:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, ideally in renal care or dialysis.
2. A registered nurse qualification.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
4. In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
Role Responsibilities for a Clinic Manager:
1. Develop, mentor, and support your team of healthcare professionals, ensuring to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
2. Ensure you build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, making communication seamless.
3. Lead day-to-day operations of the Dialysis unit with a strong focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly.
