Job Title: Regional Clinical Educator – Midlands
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Location: Midlands (Regional Travel Required)

About the Role
As a Regional Clinical Educator, you’ll play a key role in equipping healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver outstanding patient care. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, mentor clinical teams, and ensure best practices are consistently followed across our services.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help implement the latest clinical advancements and standards, ultimately improving patient outcomes and staff confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Designing and delivering tailored training programs for healthcare professionals across the region.
2. Providing mentorship and guidance, ensuring clinical teams stay up to date with best practices.
3. Acting as a subject matter expert, advising on new procedures, technologies, and standards.
4. Building strong relationships with healthcare teams, management, and external partners.
5. Collaborating with fellow clinical educators to share insights and best practices.
6. Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improving learning programs.
7. Traveling across the Midlands to support a range of healthcare settings.
What We’re Looking For
1. A clinical qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or similar).
2. Significant hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
3. A strong background in education and training, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective learning.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
5. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
6. A full UK driving license and the ability to travel across the Midlands.
