Primary SEN Teaching Assistants
Due to heightened demand, we are seeking talented Primary Specialist SEN Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to provide 1-2-1 support for pupils in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 across Kettering.
The ideal candidate:
1. Available Monday - Friday each week
2. Has access to own transport and is happy to travel up to 30 minutes
3. Holds a UK recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
4. Ideally has experience supporting pupils with SEN across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and 2
5. Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
The role:
The work is prebooked and ongoing. Roles can include, but are not limited to, support for pupils with ASC, ADHD, medical needs, and behavioural issues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
