Tasks
We're looking for someone driven and proactive, who understands the competitive markets and the After Sales sector and who has exposure to dynamic sales, marketing, and retail operations. To be successful in this role, you must be committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding needs, anticipating challenges, and providing tailored solutions. Skilled in communicating and engaging with different levels within business and relationship management with stakeholders will be key for this role.
Your purpose is to drive increased parts sales through the development and implementation of parts and accessories programmes, processes, and campaigns which support growth of both Mercedes-Benz UK and the retailer network revenue.
You’ll possess financial acumen and be proficient in interpreting data, forecasting trends, and making data-driven business decisions, as you’ll analyse UK market opportunities to create and develop targeted parts programmes, products, and campaigns designed to achieve volume and contribution objectives within agreed budgets.
You’ll develop and optimise our online platforms, driving a significant increase in online parts order revenue. Collaborating closely with the central Mercedes-Benz AG teams, you’ll enhance functionality based on feedback from network partners and independent workshop customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll also be at the forefront of implementing and managing digital tools, creating innovative programs and campaigns that generate retailer demand and boost online parts revenue.
With advanced presentation skills, you’ll excel in delivering impactful network business update sessions, crafting accurate and engaging content. You’ll have ownership of producing clear, compelling retailer communications for programmes and campaigns, ensuring that all messaging is timely, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
