The Practice “Packaged based Solutions” (PBS) has a strong focus on SAP but also on various Supply Chain Packages, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP Solutions. We support clients in various stages of their journey – covering advisory & strategy, design, build, implement, and run. Northern & Central Europe (NCE) consists of Germany, Nordics, Netherlands, and United Kingdom.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
In your role as Leader for a specific Industry in NCE, you are going to be part of the PBS Leadership team in Northern & Central Europe with the clear focus on further developing & implementing the strategy of PBS in one of our key Industries across NCE and therefore, shaping the future of our overall business and helping to grow even further.
Key elements of your role:
1. Developing the PBS strategy and roadmap for NCE for your Industry in in all dimensions (Portfolio, GtM, Delivery, Skills) and implementing it successfully
2. Tightly collaborating with the Global Centers of Excellence, the local PBS practices in NCE and other business lines,
3. Establishing Industry specific communities across PBS NCE,
4. Driving large scale opportunities in the context of Business Transformations enabled by S/4 and beyond,
5. Specifically focusing on multinational opportunities,
6. Staying in charge after winning and ensuring that we deliver according to our promises,
7. Additionally supporting the "home" geography.
You will be measured on the overall target for NCE and PBS globally, but also on your specific performance and achievements.
Your field of play is NCE – the job can be based in any of the NCE countries and includes a combination of work from home and physical presence at customers or events.

Your skills and experience
You will have a passion to work with our clients, bringing their business ambitions to life with transformations enabled by technology.
8. You have a proven track record in developing an Industry related strategy, with a strong focus on portfolio, GTM, delivery and skills, and implementing it successfully.
9. You have more than 10 years of experience in SAP either as Lead Partner, in program / project management, or as Lead Architect.
10. You have been a key player in large S/4HANA projects or programs for global customers (team size of 50+ people)
11. You have a passion to work with our clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP transformation.
12. Endowed with a natural leadership, your qualities of customer relationship and business development are recognized.
13. Oriented towards the satisfaction of your customers, you are driven by a taste for challenge, and you know how to transform constraints into opportunities.
14. Deeply immersed in your ecosystem, you materialize business development leads.
15. You are used to work in an international environment, with different teams – business & solution consultants, marketing and sales teams.
16. Additionally, you know how to set up internal communities across different countries and practices and you have proved this several times.
17. Engaging and enthusiastic communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
18. Experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders including CxO-level.
19. Strong connections with clients and the broader SAP ecosystem e.g. SAP and other relevant partner organisations.

You will have a depth of consulting experience and expertise, strong knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and a clear vision of related trends in your Industry.
You have already worked for one of the other large consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PWC, IBM – ideally on Director or Partner level.
You are mobile, you are fluent in English, and you like innovative projects. An offshore or international experience would be a plus as well.
