1. Understand the vision and brand message for the practice, and deliver outstanding customer service experiences
2. Providing the highest standard of clinical support to our dentists and specialists
3. Perform top quality dental nursing in all procedures in a safe and effective manner
4. Prepare equipment, materials, lab work and patients with efficiency and empathy
5. Provide outstanding customer service at all times
6. Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

What we need from you
16. Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC
17. Comply with the ‘Code of Ethics’ of the British Association of Dental Nurses
18. Undertake CPD in line with the GDC guidelines
19. Knowledge of CQC and compliance
20. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
21. Friendly and welcoming manner
22. Strong teamwork ability with an enthusiastic attitude
23. Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
24. Vaccinated against Hepatitis B
