About the role: As a Client Account Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of a team to administer a portfolio of SIPP & SSAS schemes. This will involve full cradle to grave administration of schemes or specialisation in one or more functions, including but not limited to: new business, property and investment transactions, bank reconciliation, regulatory. Key responsibilities: Providing full cradle to grave administration including retirements, bereavements, transfers, divorces etc. Ensuring accurate record-keeping all of transaction, contributions, withdrawals. Managing pension fund bank accounts and reconciling balances. Liaising and dealing with client queries via telephone and email. Skills and experience required: Previous / current experience in SIPP and / or SSAS Pensions Administration Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and account management skills Self-motivated but also a team player Experience using ONMI system would be beneficial but not essential Benefits: Salary up to £32k DOE 25 days holiday bank holidays (increases to a total of 30 days with continued service) Additional day holiday during Christmas week 4x Death in Service Full CC exam support Pension Scheme Access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Hybrid working (following an initial probationary period) Ready to take your next step in your career?
