Overview
My client, a well-established and leading Yorkshire retailer, is currently seeking an Omni-channel Marketing Manager to work out of their new Rotherham location.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement omni-channel marketing strategies to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement across stores, website, third-party marketplaces, and B2B customers.
* Manage digital presence, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
* Coordinate in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
* Analyze customer data and market trends for growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with external agencies and brand partners like Samsung and Bosch.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
* Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
* Coordinate with sales and customer service departments for aligned messaging.
* Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in omni-channel marketing, preferably in retail.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
* Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation.
* Creative with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
* Understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior.
