Public House Manager
We are looking to recruit a pub manager (GM) - individual or couples welcome, to run a beautiful pub in the country.
This is a live-in position in which the successful applicants rent and all utility costs are paid for by the company.
We are recruiting hospitality professionals who can work with us to run and operate their own pub venue whilst driving sales through innovation.
We are looking for creative and ambitious people - ideally with experience in the hospitality trade, who want to be their own boss and create their own business; we will consider exceptional characters who we believe can thrive in the industry.
Operators work on a % basis of revenue, so earnings are uncapped. You are responsible for employing your own staff members.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the venue operations
* Coordinate and schedule staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance personnel
* Ensure the smooth running of daily venue activities
* Maintain inventory
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs
* Plan and organize events
Experience:
* Previous experience in hospitality preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a team of staff effectively
