As their portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking a motivated Lettings Manager/Valuer in Leeds to drive new business growth and manage the lettings and valuation process for their expanding client base.
Reporting into the Branch Manager, as Lettings Manager/Valuer, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive new business, conduct impactful market appraisals, and lead a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets. The Package:
* Basic salary is up to £30k per annum (D.O.E), with (OTE) of £35k minimum
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm, early finish at 5:00pm on Fridays
* Every other Saturday, 9:30am 1:00pm, with the possibility of reducing to 1 in 4 Saturdays for the right person

The Role
* Conduct market appraisals, drive new business, and increase market share in line with the companys goals.
* Support the Branch Manager in managing the team and ensuring exceptional client service.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring they meet targets and foster a positive work culture.
* Resolve escalated complaints and encourage cross-selling opportunities across departments.
* Commit to professional development through qualifications like ARLA or CeLAP, or willingness to pursue them.
The Person
* Proven experience in a targeted lettings environment, with a successful track record in managing a branch.
* Strong problem-solving skills to manage day-to-day challenges and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Exhibits exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and team members.
* Holds a driving licence to travel and manage the business effectively.
