Sixteen3 are a manufacturer of quality commercial furniture based in Warrington. We design and manufacture timeless furniture for commercial interiors at our base in Warrington, Cheshire. We sell and deliver throughout the UK and have a passion for sustainable design. We are currently looking for an individual to join our Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on all aspects of finance administration for the wider team. This would be a great opportunity for an individual interested in pursuing and advancing their career in Finance. Your key responsibilities include the following. Managing customer accounts and transactions via the company ERP systems Build relationships with customers and ensure customer payment processes are understood & actioned for prompt payment & discrepancy resolution. Open customers and supplier accounts and carry out company checks. Raise sales invoices and credits in accordance with company policies and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers. Handle large volumes of supplier invoices and ensure accounts are ready for monthly payments run. Process employee expenses in accordance with company procedures and produce expenses payments run. Support the month end process and ability to work to strict deadlines. Manage fuel cards and reconcile on a monthly basis. The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated individual, with an eye for detail that allows you to see how to follow processes and ensure the systems work smoothly and efficiently. You will have a degree of experience in working with computerised accounting software, and you will need to be able to work with and support different departments and communicate with all levels of staff. A team player with a strong can-do attitude is critical, operating with tenacity and positivity. Excellent communication and organisational skills and a degree of confidence on excel.
