Sanderson are partnered with a leading professional services firm who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its growing HR Business Partnering team. This role offers an opportunity to work at a strategic level, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive key people initiatives and support business objectives. You would be a critical role in shaping HR strategies, delivering organisational change programmes, and providing expert advice on talent management, employee relations, and performance development. Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the business area to provide proactive, strategic HR support. Work closely with senior leaders, advising on HR best practices and influencing key decisions. Lead initiatives in areas such as talent development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and corporate social responsibility. Oversee change management programmes, including restructures and TUPE processes. Support complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and improve business performance. Collaborate with recruitment, reward, and organisational development teams to align HR initiatives with business goals. Manage key annual processes, including salary reviews, promotions, and performance evaluations. Skills & Experience: Extensive HR Business Partnering experience at a senior level. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders. A track record of managing organisational change, including restructures and TUPE. A commercial mindset and thorough knowledge of employment law. Experience handling complex employee relations cases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A willingness to travel to other UK based offices as needed.
