Hybrid Working HR & Payroll Career Progression JOB TITLE: HR & Payroll AssistantSALARY: £31,000 BensHOURS: Full Time - PermanentSTRUCTURE: Hybrid - 3 days officeLOCATION: West Drayton JGA are working with a great business who are seeking a HR & Payroll Assistant to join their team in West Drayton. Responsibilities : Manage the full employee lifecycle, including preparation of contracts, updating HR & Payroll systems, and handling employee onboarding and payroll changes on time. Serve as a go-to resource for HR & Payroll inquiries, providing consistent answers based on company policies. Process end to end Payroll for the whole team. Perform compliance checks for new starters/renewals, including DBS and 5-year employment checks. Ensure the confidentiality of all employee data. Add staff to the All-Day Clocking portal and face recognition system, and generate weekly clocking reports for Managers. Skills required : End to end Payroll experience Knowledge of HMRC payroll procedures. Strong experience with payroll systems (Moorepay is a plus). Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
