Commercial Project Manager (Land Development)

£48,069 + 28 Holiday + Public Pension + Flexibility + Benefits
Are you a Project Manager who wants to work on exciting new projects, and be a key player in the delivery of important commercial and political focused projects in the West Yorkshire area?
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing land and/or property developments, along with commercial negotiations for either major housing, regeneration or placemaking capital projects to the value of £50 Million. You will lead the team, manage commercial negotiations, ensure PMA adherence, and manage commercial and political stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will live within a commutable distance to Leeds, have experience negotiating and landing large land deals for development, and possess a strong understanding of contract management.
The Role:
* Leading and managing land and/or property developments, along with commercial negotiations for major housing, regeneration, or placemaking capital projects.
* Managing commercial contracts and negotiations, including property acquisitions, leases, legal security, and overage, with knowledge of legal complexities of site assembly.
* Negotiating and taking a commercial approach to the management of devolved funding to third parties while working in partnership to achieve results.
* Extensive experience in business case development.
* Proven contract management and project management skills, with knowledge of various techniques and good practices.
The Person:
* Prince2 Practitioner, RICS qualification preferred.
* Proven skills in contract negotiation for land and project management.
* Experience delivering complex, high-profile projects and finance management.
