The Opportunity
Supply Desk is proud to partner with a highly inclusive and supportive school in Milton Keynes, dedicated to helping all students reach their full potential. We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Your Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with SEN.
* Assist in developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Behaviour Plans, and Therapy Care programmes.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals to provide tailored support.
* Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working with SEN students or a strong desire to do so.
* A good understanding of Special Educational Needs and a willingness to undertake relevant training.
* Strong skills in managing challenging behaviours and adapting learning approaches.
* Commitment to regular, fixed working days (full-time or part-time).
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
