Duties & responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
* Monitor aged debt reports, proactively identifying and resolving overdue accounts.
* Establish, review, and enforce credit limits and terms in line with company policies.
* Oversee the escalation of credit-related issues and negotiate resolutions where necessary.
* Evaluate current systems and processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate workflows.
* Drive the implementation of system enhancements and new tools to support efficient credit control operations.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in credit control, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
* Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections processes, and financial controls.
* Systems-savvy with a track record of implementing and improving credit control systems.
