Responsibilities: Independently design and conduct the talent acquisition and internal training programmes; To fulfil the talent acquisition requirements from the business departments; To optimise and develop the multiple tiers of recruitment channels; Be responsible for orientation training, skill development trainings (soft skills & hard skills) and management training programmes; Be responsible for employer brand development plan (internal & external); Be responsible for company culture development, promotion and integration; To conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment and training HR reports. Requirements: Majoring in human resources management or having a CIPD certificate is preferred; Working experience in multiple modules of human resources is preferred; At least 3-5 years of trackable experience in talent acquisition and training modules; Excellent data collecting and management abilities; Excellent bilingual ability in Mandarin and English; Excellent understanding, communication, multi-task management, time management and negotiation abilities; Quick learner and active thinker; Goal-driven and data-driven work orientation.
