π· Pay: Β£130-Β£160 per day (depending on experience), with the opportunity to pay to scale before 12 weeks!

As the new Reception Teacher, you'll play a crucial role in shaping children's early learning experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* π Creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that supports early development.
* π¨ Delivering play-based, hands-on learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework.
* π Observing and assessing children's progress to support their individual learning needs.
* π€ Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and fellow educators to ensure a strong support system.
* π Building trusting relationships with children, fostering confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you'll need:
β QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
β Experience teaching in Early Years (Reception experience is ideal, but not essential)
β A CV with clear employment and education history, with any gaps explained
β Excellent references
β The right to work in the UK
β Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
