Senior Service Desk Engineer - Birmingham (hybrid) - £40,000-£50,000 + car allowance
I'm seeking an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer for a leading IT Service provider based in Birmingham. They are looking for someone with a good technical background across Infrastructure and Networking, supporting a variety of clients in the area. You will work primarily remotely, with some travel to customer sites, ensuring that IT problems are either resolved or escalated within the agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
* A decent background in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS etc)
* Knowledge of WAN Technologies
* Some experience with VMware/Hyper-V
* Skills with Windows and Exchange Server
* Good skills in Active Directory, MFA, Endpoint Manager, M365, SharePoint etc
* Some cloud experience
* Preferably have some experience in an IT service provider environment
