Account Manager
Location – East London (on-site)
Salary - Up to £45k
This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with restaurant chains and hotels, promoting food products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll handle both new business development and account management, making it an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales skills.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying and prospecting new restaurant chains and hotel clients, conducting market research, and delivering sales presentations.
* Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms, while collaborating with the marketing team to create sales materials.
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing restaurant chains and hotel clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborating with the operations team for timely deliveries and stay updated on industry regulations to provide guidance to clients.
* Setting and achieving sales targets for both new and existing accounts, while developing account-specific sales strategies.
* Analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry.
* Experience in sales or relevant B2B sales roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven and results-focused.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
