About the Role: As our HRIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Zotefoams uses HR data and technology to drive business success, following the recent implementation of our new UKG HRIS platform as part of our wider Transformation Programme. Role Responsibilities: As our HRIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: Acting as first point of contact for HR system users, providing troubleshooting support and training. Developing and maintaining a global people dashboard and reporting suite for the Global Executive Team. Managing and analysing key people data, including employee engagement, turnover, and salary benchmarking. Performing data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and system optimisation Collaborating with UKG colleagues to manage system configurations, updates, and rollouts. Partnering with stakeholders across EMEA and North America to ensure the system meets business needs. Leading on HRIS security configuration and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection policies. Driving continuous improvement in HR system usage and data insights. What you'll need: Proven experience in HRIS management, ideally with UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Experience implementing and maintaining HR systems in a global organisation. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using Microsoft Power BI. Ability to combine HR and IT functional knowledge to optimise system efficiency. Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HRIS/IT security and compliance.
