Salary: 7 per hour, 13,686.75 per year - paid monthly

You will be working from the Home Visits Office in Bury -Suite 28 Atrium House, 574 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 9SW
Home Visits Optical Services, now part of Specsavers, is one of the Country's leading providers of home sight tests to individuals in their own homes, residential and nursing home.

Your on-the-job training will sit alongside structured learning that will lead to a nationally recognised qualification. At the end of your year as an apprentice, you'll be a fully-fledged Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner .

Its important that you are a great listener and communicator because that's what excellent service is all about. you'll need to be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player with a real determination to make a difference both in your development and the business.
Its essential you havent worked in the Customer Service sector before, this is a new adventure, but you will need the organisation, commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to deliver the great customer service our Specsavers visitors love.
What does the role involve?
* To book optical appointments for housebound customers from inbound calls
* Outbound calls to existing customers to book eye tests for their residents
* To update and maintain a customer database
* To contact prospect Care homes/Home visit customers and update database
* To schedule appointments in a logical manner
* HSE forms and general administrative duties
